Data Migration to Cloud and BI

We delivered a full modernization of the data platform, with migration to cloud and a robust BI environment featuring dashboards from tactical to executive level.

Challenge

Heavy reliance on spreadsheets and inefficient pipelines, causing high infrastructure costs, slow performance and inconsistent data that limited analytical capability.

Solution

• Azure: main data platform
• Airflow: pipeline orchestration
• Databricks: medallion architecture
• Metabase: BI tool (data democratization)
• Power BI: executive dashboards

Results achieved

• Lower infrastructure costs
• Automated pipelines and reliable data
• Democratized data access and better decision-making
• Dashboards from tactical to executive level
